Our Year 8 Spanish students have been busy writing letters to students in Toledo, near Madrid, as part of an exciting new international partnership!

We’ve teamed up with Colegio Santísimo Cristo de la Sangre school in Spain through the brilliant Global School Alliance to build a cultural and language exchange that includes letter writing, email conversations, and whole-class Zoom calls!

And the excitement doesn’t stop there…in March, 40 of our students will be travelling to Spain to visit Colegio Santísimo Cristo de la Sangre in person, an amazing opportunity to practise their Spanish, make new friends, and experience Spanish culture first-hand!

This unforgettable trip has been made even more accessible thanks to UK Government Turing Scheme funding, helping to reduce costs for families and make global learning experiences open to more students.

We can’t wait to see this partnership grow and friendships flourish across borders!
