Our Year 10 students working towards their Level 1/2 Hospitality and Catering Award have been busy in the kitchen, developing their practical skills by making their own pizzas from scratch.
Students practised key techniques including food preparation, ingredient selection, and safe kitchen working while designing and assembling their pizzas.
From rolling out the dough to choosing their toppings, it was a great opportunity to apply the skills they’ve been learning in a fun and hands-on way.
