A level & BTec Level 3 Results Day – Thursday 13 August 2026
Results will be available for collection from the library between 9.00am until 11.00am, please enter the school via the 6th form gate, enter the 6th form building and take the first set of stairs up to the library.
Any results not collected will be emailed out in the afternoon to the email address held on our system.
GCSE & BTec Level 2 results day – Thursday 20 August 2026
Results will be available for collection from the library between 9.30am until 11.30am, please enter the school via the 6th form gate, enter the 6th form building and take the first set of stairs up to the library.
Any results not collected will be emailed out in the afternoon to the email address held on our system.
If you require your results to be emailed out to an alternative email address please email Mrs Mckee (denys.mckee@stcm.torbay.sch.uk)
If you would like someone to collect your results on your behalf please provide written (signed) permission and give to your re-presentative to bring in with them on results day.
APPEALS
If, when you receive your results, you find some of your grades are unexpectedly poor (two or more grades below your predicted grade) it is possible to have your work checked by the Examination Board again. This costs money but may be worth doing. If you wish to make an Appeal get advice from your subject tutor and then contact The Exams Officer (Mrs Mckee) before Friday 19 September 2025.
EXAMINATION CERTIFICATES
We will be holding an informal GCSE Certificates collection afternoon on Tuesday 26th November 2024 from 2.15pm to 3.00pm.
If you would like to attend please enter via the 6th form gate and make your way up the back stairway to the Library where you will be asked to sign in. This will be an informal event providing an opportunity to collect your certificates and catch up with former teachers and classmates.
If you are unable to attend Certificates will be available for collection from the main school reception between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday from Wednesday 26th November 2025 onwards, please note we are closed for Christmas from Monday 22nd December 2025 until Monday 5th January 2026
REMEMBER: IF YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED YOUR CHROMEBOOK OR WE DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETED LEAVING CERTIFICATE FOR YOU THIS WILL DELAY THE ISSUE OF YOUR RESULTS.
